We are more than happy to exchange or accept any returns within a 14 day period.
Please return goods back to us at your cost, for a refund of the purchase price paid. Post & packing is NOT refundable unless the item is either damaged or faulty, we do test elements before dispatch.
All items sold are NEW & UNUSED & should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. Please open the packaging carefully, if the packaging is damaged and unusable you will not receive a refund if it is a return item and be responsible for extra postage cost return the product back to you.
Refunds will only be issued if you the buyer contacts us first to discuss any issues, once we have spoken to you and provided a returns acceptance number you must enclose within the return the package a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, the full order number & address, we will then provide a returns address.
The refund will be by the same method used as the payment. Please return items back to the seller: All elements are tested before dispatch.
We will not be liable for any costs/losses/replacement items for any parcels that go missing due to incorrect address details entered at the time of ordering on our website
It is the customers responsibility to supply a correct delivery address, those details cannot be changed after an order has been made. If addresses need to be changed after ordering you must re-order products with the correct address.
We will not process orders or send out parts to a P.O Box addresses.
We will not be liable for any losses for items that go missing after being left in a “Safe Place”
Cancelled or re-delivery of orders will incur extra postage fees and payment processing fees payable at cost by you, we are charged by Square and have to pass this cost on.
Delays with deliveries are unfortunate and are out of our control as we use a third party to deliver our goods: If your parcel does not arrive within 4-6 working days Monday – Friday, please notify us immediately. We do not send out replacement goods if the existing parts are still in transit. We have to wait for 14 days before we can make a claim against the courier.
Orders which are fulfilled by the manufacturers distributor are out of our control if deliveries are delayed.
We strongly recommend you remove the part that is faulty and check it against the dimensions and photographs provided on our website or other listings elswhere prior to ordering. Often manufacturers change the design and components of their appliances without changing the model numbers without notice and this is beyond our control. Measurements may be plus or minus 1-3mm.
Do not book in tradesmen until you have physically received goods as we are at the mercy of third party courier companies and cannot guarantee delivery times and will not be liable for any losses or costs incurred.
We recommend electrical parts be fitted by a suitably trained person and will not be liable for any damages or loss for incorrectly installed/fitted parts.
ALWAYS TURN OFF THE ELECTRICITY BEFORE FITTING ELECTRICAL PARTS AND USE AN RCD SAFETY ADAPTER.
