Logik Fan Oven Elements are not that expensive to buy and quite easy to fit if you possess DIY skills. Fitting a Logik Fan Oven takes about an hour to do and is quite straight forward, in most cases you won’t even need to remove the oven from its housing as the element can be removed in situ from inside of the oven itself by removing a small panel .

Most oven elements are connected with just two power supply wires with spade connector fittings that just simply pull off by hand or with a pair of pliers. You will also need either a flat head screwdriver, a torx screwdriver or a pozi drive/Philips head screwdriver to remove the oven element.

Most Logik Oven Elements are attached with just three screws which make removal and fitting really easy. In the majority of Logik Ovens there is a metal cover inside the back of the oven with 3-4 screws holding the cover on. Below are ten easy steps to follow.

1, Turn off the power supply to your oven and let it cool down if its hot.

2, Remove the metal cover at the back or inside of the oven depending which model you have.

3, Remove the 3-4 screws securing the the oven element.

4, Gently east the oven element out.

5, Remove the power supply spade connectors on the element.

6, Attach the power supply cables to the new element.

7, Screw the new element to the back of the oven top tip put in all the screws before tightening.

8, Screw on the cover plate if you have one.

9 Turn on the power and set the temperature on your oven and wait a few minutes for it to heat up.

10. Your oven should now be hot, well done you have now successfully fixed your oven without having to pay an engineer.
